I absolutely love this machine! The first few drinks I made were very disappointing and wanted to send it back, but once I got the hang of it and figured out the settings/details of how I liked my drinks, it is life changing! The drinks are perfect! They taste amazing, it is pretty quick as you just push a button and you get your cappuccino (or whatever you prefer) perfectly made. The self cleaning portion is wonderful! It can be a little annoying if you are really in a hurry but it ensures that you will always have mold free drinks and is very convenient. Highly recommend!! It also froths a plant based milks so good too.

First off, this machine is expensive. But if you like cappuccino/espresso/Americano/macchiato, this machine does it all. It tells you what to do and when to do it. It’s heavy and very stylish in the kitchen. This is my first espresso machine and I found out that coffee does taste better than this than using a Keurig. I said it’s expensive but you do get what you pay for. Enjoy.

Great machine! I think it’s so fun to be able to make my own espressos now! I love the frother attachment it came with. That’s a nice feature for the milk. The machine is pretty intuitive and easy to use. It works really well so far. I feel like it’s pretty expensive but having never bought an espresso maker before, I can’t really say for sure. You are definitely paying for the Kitchen Aid brand, if I had to guess. Anything Kitchen Aid is expensive but they usually also make high quality products so that’s a comforting feeling knowing you are getting a product that will last and was well built. This is a great addition to my Kitchen Aid mixer. I haven’t had any issues so far but I’m not a coffee connoisseur. I enjoy using this and making my own espressos a couple times a week. It’s been fun and they taste great. Better than coffee stand drinks!

This machine is the ultimate for home coffee connoisseurs with budget constraints. There’s pretty much nothing this machine won’t do. I’m a latte girl, and I love that I get to set the milk to coffee ratio and also determine whether it’s mil first or coffee first. All I’ve had to do is load the beans, plug in the milk container and push a couple of buttons. The machine rinses before making the first cup of coffee. It grinds the appropriate amount of beans for your individual recipe, tamps the beans, brews, then cleans the milk system with only one push of the button. I highly recommend.

I don‘t know what to say about this espresso machine because it‘s just so amazing. It‘s easy to use and easy to set up in the kitchen somewhere and it looks slick and style. The espresso it makes is better than Star Bucks depending on what kind of beans you prefer. I have my own grinder with various beans so I‘ve got my own mixes and this model has changed my life. Having these perfect coffee and espresso ready anytime is just awesome if you really like espresso like me.

I have used quite a few automatic espresso machines in the last twenty years. One was built-in in my kitchen by a well-known German appliance manufacturer.Few things specific to this machine. First, it produces an excellent cup of espresso. To me, this means that the internal pressure is good so that the extraction is good. That‘s probably the most important thing since the coffee is the purpose of the machine.The actual use is simple like many others. You fill the hopper with beans, fill the water, and it grinds the beans to make the coffee with a push of a button. The touchscreen is a nice option, although a luxury.I like the idea that you can swap hoppers for different coffees and that you can simply take out the hopper and empty it to fill with a different type of bean. I haven‘t seen other countertop units with this feature and it‘s nice. Sometimes we need to go decaf for my visiting family.The frothing is very good and I like that the container is off to the side. It is then easy to take to clean.If you want fully automatic (no portafilter), I think that the price is right and the quality is excellent. I have tried a sub-thousand dollar fully automatic from a well-known brand and had nothing but issues with it from the get go. This one is a keeper.
